STEP 1

Access & Onboarding

  • ✓ Token Login: If you have an existing account, use the Secret Token provided via WeChat.
  • ✓ New Registration: Fill out all mandatory fields: Invite Code, Full Name, WeChat ID, and your chosen Secret Token.
STEP 2

Curate Your Workflow

Don't waste time on irrelevant categories. Use the Brand Filter to subscribe to your specialized manufacturers.

Pro Tip:

Only orders from your selected brands will appear in your "NEW" tab.

STEP 3

Submitting Your Offer

Expand an order to see full item specifications. Use the integrated tools to prepare your offer faster:

Quick Copy: Grab SKU, Brand, and Qty in one click.
Media Upload: Attach photos of the found items immediately.
Direct Chat: Message the Manager via the green icon.
Status Tags: Mark items as "Urgent" with color markers.
STEP 4

Managing Your Offers

Once submitted, your offer moves to the Bidding tab. If you need to correct a price or update delivery terms:

Use this button to refine your details before the manager picks a winner.

After the manager reviews all bids, your offer will land in one of these final destination tabs:

W

WON (or Partial)

Congratulations! Your offer was selected. If "Partial", only specific items from your offer were approved.

L

LOST

Another supplier's offer was selected for this order. You'll receive an email with the winning price for reference.

C

CANCELLED

The request was withdrawn by the client or the manager.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Partial" status mean in the WON tab?

This means the manager approved only certain positions from your multi-item offer. Check the specific items marked with a green badge.

I forgot my Token. How can I log in?

Click "Forgot token?" on the login page and enter your registration email. Your token will be sent to your inbox within a few seconds.

Can I refuse an order after submitting it?

Yes. In the Bidding tab, expand the order and use the "Refuse Order" button if the item is no longer available or the price has changed significantly.

What are the mandatory fields for a bid?

You must fill in the Price (¥), Weight (kg), Lead Time (Weeks), and provide your Supplier contact info. Photos are highly recommended.
